Woodlands Escape: Come to Relax.

Great location for anything in Spring or The Woodlands. Any issues were responded to immediately and resolved within 48 hours.

The property was within walking distance to my son's house. We had our dog, Bernie, with us and the backyard worked out just right. We endeavored to clean up after our dog and I hope others will continue to do so allowing this property to remain dog friendly. The washer/dryer is in the garage. The garage opener was left of the kitchen sink. We parked on the driveway, but one could use the garage, a nice feature. Grogan's Mill is in the center of The Woodlands shopping district. It is an ideal location. There are two H-E-B markets nearby. There is a free trolly circling the area. The property backs up onto Grogans Mill Rd., but the road noise was not a problem. The house is well equipped with supplies and kitchen items. If you use various streaming outlets on your TV, bring your sign-in codes. The owner is attentive and can be reached by phone for questions, but there very little help needed. Enjoy The Woodlands. we did

The house was nice, cleanand in a great location close to anything you could need or want. The back yard is huge and has a 6 foot fence making it great for my dogs. Damian was great and responded to all my questions in a timeless manner.
